Try the classes 

In the Monthly Membership Program you will get access to a new class every week. Every other week the class is Somatic movement and every other Yin Yoga, and each class is around 40 minutes long.

You will also get access to the Membership video library, where all the previous classes will be saved and you can come back to them at any time. The classes are following monthly themes, and as a Member you will also receive monthly bonuses, like meditations, playlists and other surprises.

Aino

Nowadays I live listening to my body first. My journey of recovering from a years long stress and anxiety has been a journey of understanding how being sensitive affects my nervous system, and creating a lasting change to my life through body based practices. I know how it feels to be wired to feel everything so intensely, and how challenging it can feel to find your baseline when you also want to function in a daily life - with work, relationships and all it includes. But I also know how we have so much power inside us when we embrace ourselves as we are - with our sensitivity, ability to feel intensely and care very deeply. 

 

I guide women into a journey of body based living, proudly embracing the sensitivity that the world around us is so often trying to numb. I want you to live your life to the fullest and in your optimal health, connected to your body and trusting your intuition. I hope you can see your sensitive side as fascinating as I see it - even fall in love with it. Because you are here to feel it all, and it really makes life more beautiful, filled with joy & pleasure.

Teodora

My experience with Yoga started 12 years ago when I discovered the physical benefits of Hatha Yoga, which made me want to go deeper into exploring also from an energetic and spiritual viewpoint. This also helped me greatly in dealing with my own anxiety and fears. Later on, I developed my own teaching practice with students and young professionals in both Sweden and Portugal and the journey has been developing since then.:)

My Yin classes involve a therapeutic and playful immersion with focus on both dynamic and gentle poses as well as various breathing exercises. We aim to work with both our limitations and possibilities and explore our bodies and breath in a safe space, while resetting our nervous system. Also, you might benefit from a different approach to Yoga, one that is more focused on your own personal journey, listening more to your body and becoming aware of possible patterns. Through mindful practices, the aim is to offer a safe space in which you can perhaps return back home to your true Self with curiosity and compassion.
